21 lessons from 2021
For me, 2021 was a year of DISCIPLINE.
Between building my business and cutting out dairy, gluten, and sugar, discipline was necessary.
I learned a lot about perseverance and delayed gratification.
It was arduous, but oh so worth it.

Looking ahead
Each year, I choose a word to stay focused on goals and growth.
For 2022, my word is COURAGE.
I'll be moving in 2 weeks to the beautiful San Luis Obispo.
I'm nervous, excited, and SO ready.
Ready for all the "new" even though it's unknown.
I have high hopes for 2022.
And I believe the lessons I learned this year prepared me for it.
