  4. What compelling content did the competition deliver?

  5. What inspired you to look for the tool?

  6. Describe the last project before you used the tool.

  7. What do you think makes us unique?

  8. What are we helping you do?

If they’re an early adopter:

  1. Tell me about the first time you used the tool.

  2. What other tools do you use with the tool? Or what’s your tech stack?

If they’re a biggest fan:

  1. What do you love about our product?

  2. What’s the biggest benefit you’ve experienced from using the tool?

  3. What does the tool help you do?

  4. How often do you use our product?

If they’ve mentioned frustration:

  1. What annoys you about our product?

  2. How can we better serve you?

  3. How are you using our product?

  4. What’s the most frustrating thing about our product?

Final Questions:

  1. Who do you think is the best fit customer for the tool?

  2. Who do customers think our product/service is for?

  3. What else should I know?
